Warehouse on Ivy
Three different spaces within this one venue: The Parlor, The Ballroom, & The Drawing Room, all offering a unique experience, make this an ideal choice. Perfect for a cocktail hour, The Parlor has a bar, lounge area, and holds up to 96 people. The Ballroom is 3,800 sqaure feet and can house a DJ with a dance floor comfortably. Finally, The Drawing Room holds between 40-80 people and offers a projection screen and podium for a speaker.
Corporate rentals cost between $500-$700 and can hold up to 50 guests with excellent amentities. They also have more lavish packages that cost between $1,600 and $3,800. Wedding packages run between $4,000 and $6,000 and range from 100 to 200 guests.

Outside of town:
The Barn at Reynolda Village
A four hour minimum accompanies this beautiful location outside of the city. However, it boasts incredibly reasonable prices during the week between $100-$300 depending on which space you choose to use. On the weekends it can get up to $475 per hour or you can choose to rent for an entire day, maxing out at $4,000 for the entire barn (there are three places from which to choose). They have whitewashed walls that set up nicely for decorations. Also, chairs and tables are included in the price. Be sure to inquire about discounts for your non profit organization.

Millennium Center
This is a full service outlet that gives you a personal event manager, in house catering and beverage options, tables, decorations, TV’s, and valet parking. The website is vague on price and capacity but the photos show a wedding with 100+ people seated comfortbaly.
